Can I use the downloadable lullabies on my iPod or other portable music player?
Yes! The lullabies are delivered in a high-quality MP3 file to your computer, which is compatible with virtually all digital music players. After downloading, save the MP3 file to your hard drive and import the lullabies into your favorite music player. Instructions for the iPod can be found here. For Zune, here.

I requested a custom monogram with my downloaded lullabies, how will I receive it?
A printable monogram will be sent to the email address you specidied in the order in 3-5 business days.

Why is my order status not "Complete"? When can I download my lullabies?
Some types of PayPal payments (such as eChecks) have a clearing period of several days before the payment is completed. Use Instant Transfers when available to download our music instantly.
